In the heart of Chelsea, our office fit-out project reworked an existing space to bring an open, well-crafted new public area to a low office floor. Guided by the three key principles that our work focuses on, our approach began with rigorous research to uncover unique opportunities to open the floor plan. We worked closely with local millworkers to produce a floating table spanning the two entry columns. Lastly, we achieved exceptional aesthetics through a thoughtful economy of materials and design, creating a functional and visually striking space. This fit-out is not just a redesign of space but hopes to reimagine how an office can facilitate inspiration, collaboration, and innovation.
We worked closely with our clients Meadow Partners and CBRE to create a space that would appeal to companies ready to expand their head count. Through centralizing the conferencing and public spaces we created 4 unique zones across the 13,000 SF. We celebrated the existing finishes in polished concrete and exposed the buildings structural steel frame. Our contracting partner, Elysium Construction, worked with us to develop a seamless perforated acoustic ceiling, taking an industrial product and adapting it's use to a bespoke space.
